Sky Party LTD (RC 8997727), registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Our Collaborative Philosophy: 15D Wings is
not a direct air carrier. It does not own, maintain, or physically fly aircraft. The platform acts as a cooperative dispatch support system, providing real-time data verification, proactive flight tracking, and secure banking integrations. All physical flights are executed with absolute authority by direct air carriers holding valid, active Air Operator Certificates (AOC) issued by regional civil aviation authorities (such as the NCAA in Nigeria).
2.0 Customization Complexity Index (CCI)
To align client expectations beautifully and allow operating partners ample preparation time, the platform utilizes the
Customization Complexity Index (CCI). This classification helps us pre-calculate resource allocations, operational buffers, and financial structures before flight confirmation.

Securing active diplomatic overflight and landing clearances ahead of schedule.
Ensuring the specific aircraft tail is mechanically ready and physically positioned.
Confirming certified flight crews are active, positioned, and well within legal duty limits.
Validating pre-arranged fuel releases with local on-ramp suppliers to prevent delay.
Confirming client funds are verified and safely allocated in escrow to guarantee operator payout.
4.0 Client & Personal Assistant Responsibilities
4.1 Strict Manifest Integrity & Document Validity
Clients and their authorized agents are gracefully requested to submit comprehensive, accurate manifest details for all passengers. Under NCAA and FAAN security protocols, names must match passport/ID data
exactly as displayed on the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ). Any mismatches will result in boarding denial.
* The Passport Validity Rule is Absolute: Passport must be valid for the required statutory period beyond the arrival date. No exceptions are logged.
4.2 Passenger Roster Adjustments (Secure Registration Gate)
Unlike commercial ticket adjustments, private aviation manifests require formal airspace agency registration (NAMA in Nigeria). Any passenger roster change requested close to our scheduled departure window requires full refiling, exposing the mission to immediate slot delays. To protect your arrival timing, the system utilizes a streamlined registration gate to finalize passenger rosters.
4.3 Financial Settlement Timelines
To ensure every exquisite detail of your mission is prepared to perfection, payment must be fully cleared and visible in our account prior to our established financial milestone lock. "Proof of transfer" slips, pending bank drafts, or conversion notices are
not accepted as cleared funds. Failure to settle balance gates prior to this lock initiates an automated fallback-allocation or alternative scheduling procedure.
4.4 Cancellation Policies & Flight Credits
Voluntary client-side cancellations result in standard asset fees being processed as
Flight Credits inside our operator network. Planning and advisory administrative fees accrued during the mission initiation stage are deemed
fully earned at our mutual operational freeze gate and are non-refundable.
5.0 Banking Escrow Guarantees & Cash Flow Alignment
We respect that mobilizing a private heavy jet requires substantial operational capital. To foster trust and protect our operating partners from the collection delays common in traditional charter arrangements, we have established a secure, API-driven financial partnership with Tier-1 banking networks (including Providus, Stanbic, Paymob, and CIB).
5.1 100% Guaranteed Escrow Visibility
When a flight is confirmed,
100% of the operator's payout is deposited and locked
inside a secure, mission-specific bank escrow wallet. Inside the Operator Portal, this is displayed in real-time as [MISSION_FUND_STATUS: SECURED_AND_ALLOCATED]. This serves as an absolute, bank-backed guarantee that the capital is fully funded and dedicated exclusively to your tail number.
5.2 Supportive Phased Disbursements
To actively support Operator cash flow and keep logistics moving effortlessly, the escrow system activates a streamlined, three-step disbursement model:

Mobilization Release Phase: Upon Warm Activation, an immediate upfront segment is disbursed to cover direct handling, crew positioning, and scheduling overheads. -
Pre-Departure Fuel Milestone Phase: The designated fuel allocation is disbursed directly upon verification of flight permits. For domestic routings, this permit gate is bypassed automatically to initiate the fueling release instantly. -
Final Balance Release Phase: The remaining balance of the contract is disbursed automatically and promptly upon verified takeoff, verified by automated global flight telemetry.
6.0 Operator Code & Activation Tiers
Operators inside the 15D Wings ecosystem are categorized into three structured activation levels. Higher tiers carry binding performance duties:
6.1 Mandatory Written-Only Communication
Verbal authorizations, phone declarations, or voice notes regarding fleet status, crew readiness, or maintenance compliance are contractually invalid. To maintain traceability, operators must issue explicit written status reports. Voice logs must be backed up by email or systemic textual declarations within a brief operational synchronization window.
6.2 Automated Pivot Triggers (Ecosystem Circuit Breakers)
To ensure our travelers experience uninterrupted luxury and complete peace of mind, the platform enforces automated operational "circuit breakers." A system-initiated
Pivot to Secondary Asset occurs smoothly to protect your absolute travel schedule under the following circumstances:
Permit Sync Phase: Landing or overflight permits remain unreleased as we approach our protective document lock.

Crew Physical Presence Phase: Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or First Officer (FO) are not fully positioned in the departure city within our necessary preparation window.
PIC Responsiveness Phase: Flight crew / PIC fails to reply to direct platform operations query within our brief communication gate.
Divergent Reporting Phase: Technical operators and ground crews issue conflicting diagnostic or positional reports that require comprehensive offline validation.
Fuel Release Gate Phase: Failure to provide a verified Fuel Release Number (FRN) or valid receipt confirmations past our standard preparation threshold.
6.3 Strict Anti-Renegotiation Protections
Any attempt by an Operator to modify pricing models, insert fuel surcharges, adjust aircraft tail numbers without formal structural consent, or alter general terms after Tier 3 lock will result in immediate programmatic freeze of the mission, routing to the designated Shadow Asset, and systemic review of the Operator's regional certification standing.
7.0 Empowered Self-Service & Collaborative Flight Timelines
We appreciate how valuable a flight dispatcher’s time is. To eliminate administrative back-and-forth and constant phone calls, the platform operates on an
Inverted Data Burden model, driven by a
Collaborative Self-Service Portal.
Rather than our team chasing your dispatchers, the Operator is granted a secure, time-buffered digital portal to upload pre-departure milestones at their convenience.
SHARED TIMELINE COLLABORATIONS:
Stage 1 (Fuel Commitment): Operator uploads the supplier fuel invoice or credit booking within the Fuel Assurance Evidence Lock (FAEL) window, unlocking the fuel prep payment.
Stage 2 (Regulatory Clearances): Approved permit PDFs and Fuel Release Numbers (FRN) are registered in the portal prior to the SLA Document Freeze Gate (SDFG).
Stage 3 (Departure Attestation): Final crew and tail declarations are confirmed prior to the Crew Status Attestation Gate (CSAG).
GENTLE RE-ALLOCATION RULE [MISSION_STATE: COOPERATIVE_REROUTING]: To ensure the client’s scheduled Slot is protected and to prevent cascading delays in domestic or international airspace, if a milestone remains unverified as a buffer window closes, the system will assume an operational roadblock has occurred. The system will politely transition the flight state to cooperative rerouting, allowing a standby partner to absorb the flight while preserving your team’s performance standing for subsequent missions.
8.0 Broker & Intermediary Protocols
Third-party retail brokers, lifestyle agencies, and family office representatives must abide by these strict compliance rails:
White-Label Communication: Brokers must declare passenger profiles and secure digital forms immediately. Hiding proxy identities from regional security lists (NAMA/FAAN/NCAA) is illegal.
Client-Side Escrow Integrity: Brokers must mirror our strict payment visibility gates. If the client funds do not clear the broker's platform in time to settle our established operational security milestone, the system triggers the automatic pivot protocol.
Accurate Agency Data Inputs: Brokers hold primary legal liability for any miskeyed alphanumeric passport details, expired visa details, or missing customs addresses (P.O. Boxes are strictly invalid for APIS systems).
9.0 Fuel Assurance & Operational Verification

10.0 Regional Cooperation & Local Authority Alignment
We understand that local civil aviation authorities (such as NAMA/NCAA in Nigeria or the ECAA in Egypt) operate within highly strict frameworks. Because Operators maintain primary relationships with these local offices, we rely on your team's local expertise to secure standard local clearances.
To maintain the high-reliability standard of our shared ecosystem, if regional permit delays or military slot restrictions arise, we expect our partners to coordinate directly with the local FBO. If a clearance cannot be verified within our standard safety buffer, the platform’s decision engine will politely proceed with standby commercial rerouting to protect the passenger's business schedule, with no impact on your long-term fleet status.
11.0 Algorithmic Shadowing & Supportive Re-Routing
To ensure VVIP travelers reach their destinations with absolute certainty while respecting the natural schedule disruptions that operators face, 15D Wings utilizes an API-driven
Algorithmic Shadowing model:
Dynamic commercial alignment: If an unforeseen technical delay occurs on the primary aircraft, our platform immediately maps out premium alternative options (including luxury commercial first-class or neighboring standby operator fleets) via active API links.
Fair Reimbursement Policy: Clients receive immediate, automated financial adjustments corresponding to the chosen alternative path, ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind.
12.0 Limits of Liability & Absolute System Rule
THE SYSTEM RULE: "If any critical verification, dispute, or explanation requires extended discussion beyond our swift-decision protocol, the mission command architecture automatically triggers a secondary pivot. Redundancy bypasses debate."
Aviation Safety Indemnity: Under no circumstances shall Sky Party LTD, 15D Wings, or their respective directors, crew, or ground intelligence agents be held liable for third-party operator failures, meteorological delays, physical runway restrictions, regional slot shutdowns, or automated trigger activation events.
